Please join us via Zoom for the PSIG Annual Business Meeting Featuring: Hip Surveillance and Cerebral Palsy Café on Tuesday, October 24th at 7:30 p.m. Following the annual business meeting, special guest Sean A. Tabaie, MD FAAOS, will lead a training session on Hip Surveillance and Cerebral Palsy.
Learning Objectives:
1. Review the anatomy of children's' hips, the impact of Cerebral Palsy.
2. Understand the importance of monitoring hips.
3. Review how parents and caregivers can advocate for their child's hip health.
Sean A. Tabaie, MD FAAOS is a board-certified pediatric orthopaedic surgeon, Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery and Medical Director of the Motion Analysis Laboratory at Children's National Hospital in Washington D.C. His work is devoted to treating children with all types of pediatric orthopaedic conditions and injuries. He has a special interest in neuromuscular disorders, such as cerebral palsy, and limb reconstruction.
