Exciting New Member Benefit: Co-Branded Public Awareness Materials Now Available!
We're thrilled to announce a brand-new member benefit designed to empower our members and enhance public awareness! Starting today, members can access and co-brand a collection of professionally designed educational materials to share with their patients and communities. This initiative is part of our commitment to providing high-quality resources that reinforce the importance of patient education and advocacy.
This new library of resources includes a range of topics that directly impact patient care. "Help! I Have Dizziness! Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy (VRT)" by Mona Fazzina, PT, DPT, provides insight into vestibular rehabilitation and how it can assist those struggling with dizziness and balance issues. Kelsey Moerman, PT, explores the role of physical therapy in overall health and well-being in "Well, Well, Well: How Physical Therapy Can Elevate Your Wellness." Talia Pollok, PT, DPT, addresses the ongoing challenges of Long COVID in "The Role of Physical Therapy in Caring for People Living with Long COVID," offering guidance for managing symptoms and improving quality of life. "Physical Therapy: Improving Outcomes and Reducing Healthcare Costs by Reducing the Need for Imaging," written by Damien Howell, PT, DPT, discusses how physical therapy can help minimize unnecessary imaging and improve patient outcomes. Finally, Allison Whetzel, PT, DPT, shares ways patients can advocate for policies that support access to physical therapy in "Your Vital Patient Role in the Advocacy for Effective Physical Therapy Legislation."
Each of these materials has been thoroughly peer-reviewed to ensure accuracy and reliability. We extend our sincere gratitude to Mary Dalmida, PT and Annie Koslow, PT, DPT for their expert review and contributions, ensuring these resources meet the highest standards.
Members can easily download these materials, customize them with their branding, and distribute them to patients, strengthening their role as trusted healthcare providers (must be logged in to view). For broader public access, unbranded versions of these materials are available under the PT and You section of our website, ensuring caregivers, patients, and the general public have access to this valuable information.
By offering these materials in a co-branded format, we are providing members with an opportunity to enhance patient engagement, reinforce key messages, and improve health outcomes. These resources not only support education but also help foster stronger relationships between healthcare professionals and their communities.
We are excited to continue expanding our library of patient-friendly, peer-reviewed resources and invite our members to participate in this initiative. If you are interested in contributing, we welcome your ideas! Send us a topic suggestion along with a brief summary of the article you'd like to write, and help us shape the future of patient education.
