2024 Annual Dinner and Members Meeting
The APTA Virginia Annual Dinner & Members Meeting will be held in-person Friday, November 1, at 5:30 p.m. EDT. We invite you to join your fellow PTs, PTAs, students, and retirees to catch up on the latest in your industry and association.
The Annual Members Meeting is part of our ongoing focus to connect members and provide an avenue for input on strategic direction and topics of interest. As part of this interactive and engaging event, you will receive information and first-hand updates from APTA Virginia leaders, along with the opportunity to engage in real-time with leadership.
Dinner tickets are $40 each and the menu includes:
Traditional Garden Salad
Mix of Chopped Romaine and Arugula, Tomato, Cucumber and Carrots
Grilled Chicken with Lemon and Thyme
Grilled Chicken Breast with Grilled Lemon and Fresh Thyme in a Savory Lemon Broth
Jasmine Rice
Roasted Vegetable Medley
Dessert
Assorted Cakes
Iced Tea and Water
Alcoholic beverages can be purchased at the cash bar.
*The purchase price of dinner tickets includes parking fee and gratuity for waitstaff.*
Attendance is limited to members-only.
Pre-event registration is required to ensure ample seating, food, and beverages.
Please note that purchasing a meal is NOT required to attend the member's meeting; however, being a member is. If you'd like to attend without having a meal, please contact vpta@vpta.org to register.
Immediately after the meeting portion, we'll roll right into Trivia night. Be sure to register for BOTH events to partake in this fun filled night!
